Soothe Your Soul offers many different treatment modalities, all are deeply healing and nurturing. Often times various techniques will be utilized in a session to create optimal results for our clients. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about our therapies when scheduling your appointment. Package rates are also available for a series of healing work sessions.

Integrative Therapeutic Massage
This massage is performed with long and short strokes to de-stress and relax the body. We adjust pressure and areas of focus to your needs. Integrative Therapeutic Massage can include a variety of the techniques discussed below to relieve stress and pain.

Lomi Lomi Massage
A Hawaiian bodywork with rhythmic, flowing and deep massage strokes to clear tension and stress from the body. Excellent for physical and spiritual rejuvenation. The intent of lomi is to reconnect with your spirit and the energetic counsciousness of the body. Lomi is a powerful way to connect with the wisdom of the body. Often times, cellular memories arise to be acknowledged and released, offering freedom from the past.

Reiki
Gentle, yet powerful, reiki can be used safely for any condition. The practitioner works with the energy systems of the body, known as chakras, to balance and revitalize the body, spirit, heart and emotions. Reiki is excellent for both pain and stress relief.

Distance Reiki Healing:
Reiki can be sent long distance with very beneficial effects to the receiver. If you can not come to my studio, or live in another location this is a great option.

Pets receive Reiki much faster than humans and they decide the length of the session. Excellent for injuries, post surgery, and stress.

Reiki Tutorials:
Often times Reiki students have questions or want clarification after Reiki training. This is available to Reiki practitioners who have studied with me or other Reiki teachers.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy works with the cerebrospinal fluid of the body, highly concentrated in the brain and spinal cord. Using gentle contacts the cerebrospinal fluid is palpated in the body helping to free restrictions in function of the nervous system. Cranial Sacral Therapy is excellent for relief of headaches, whiplash, chronic neck and back pain, and may help with insomnia and anxiety.

Polarity Therapy
In Polarity Therapy energy is viewed as the force underlying the structure and physiology of the body. The goal of a polarity therapist is to facilitate the release of tension, resistance and body armoring. Various degrees of pressure are used in a session to bring about mind/body integration allowing insight into patterns of pain and stress.

Crystal Healings
Crystals are gifts form the earth and posess powerful healing energies. A crystal healing combines the laying of various crystals on the body, with reiki and other healing energies. An excellent therapy for clearing away mental/emotional stress, grounding, opening the heart and feeling centered.

Intuitive and Medium Readings
Sarah offers intuitive readings as part of bodywork sessions, or independent of them. Readings are soul to soul with the intention to connect with your higher self. Medical Intuitive Readings
This bodywork session is an excellent way to gain insight into physical symptoms that conventional medicine does not have all of the answers to. The energy systems of the body may be blocked, or the client may be torn between the intellect and the heart. An excellent way to silence the mind and tap into the wisdom of your heart and soul.

This is an excellent treatment if you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions and stress. Sarah excels at connecting to, and then clearing overwhelming emotions and stress that can become stuck in the body and energy field.
