Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian bodywork and healing art. Lomi is a magical way to clear stress, pain and memories from the physical body. The nervous system is deeply relaxed from the rhythm of the massage strokes which creates room for the spirit to be fully present in the body. Both, receiving and giving lomi is a spiritual experience. The ancient healing art is my favorite form of massage work to practice. Lomi Lomi is excellent when dealing with grief, loss, insomnia, fatigue, depression, and if you would like to clear cellular memories from the past. I can not recommend this work enough, it is magical.
