Valentine’s Day and the Heart Chakra

The energetic theme of February this year is opening up to a greater level of divine love within our heart chakra.  Valentine’s Day is upon us and so is all of the commercialism that shows up with it.  Regardless of how you feel about the day, many of us are feeling the pull to let go of old thought forms and energetic patterns around love.  It may feel highly uncomfortable and show up  in our bodies as physical tension and misalignment in the upper body and neck.  Massage, Reiki and Lomilomi are excellent ways to clear energy and tension, allowing the heart to let us know what it wants.  Some of us may be wanting an improved relationship with ourselves, or a new relationship with another that is free from old patterns and fears.  Either way the Heart Chakra is key, and love is the highest vibration on the planet.  Happy Valentine’s Day! www.sootheyoursouldenver.com
